Callserve

Callserve are providers of free "Voice Over Internet Protocol" (VOIP) software, (downloadable here) which enables cheap international calls to be made via a users' PC and internet connection.

Once the software is installed, credit is purchased from Callserve, and the user can call away.

Callserve claim that a saving of up to 90% can be made when calling via their system. Their site features a facility which allows you to select a country, and then see what the rate per minute would be to call that country.. the prices certainly look very attractive when compared to standard rates.

The Callserve site is incredibly easy to use.. the navigation is well laid out and intuitively designed. There is a large 'Help' section which covers most of the problems that could arise from trying to get the system to work.

All in all, a great user experience, and a great product.. I'm off to download mine now!
